Before installation, it is necessary for the installer to blend tiles from multiple boxes to achieve an even distribution of color range. Furthermore, the installer must conduct a dry mock layout under appropriate lighting conditions prior to installation. It is the responsibility of the consumer to inspect the product before installation to ensure satisfaction. Once the product is installed, it is considered accepted.

Regarding polished/honed ceramic and porcelain tiles, it is required by the installer to use a grout release or sealer before grouting. Additionally, the grout color used must match the predominant color of the tile. Acidic cleaners should not be used on polished ceramic/porcelain, polished glazed ceramic/porcelain, or honed ceramic/porcelain tiles.

For floor applications, the maximum allowable installation offset is 33%. The minimum grout joint must be 3/16 inch. Please consult the most current TCNA Handbook for further guidance. The Manufacturer strongly recommends the use of a leveling system during installation.

Unless otherwise indicated, it is not recommended to install the product in pools, spas/hot tubs, and/or submerged applications.

Porcelain tiles exhibit a low level of porosity, rendering them highly resilient and requiring minimal upkeep. In the case of polished and honed porcelain tiles, it is imperative to apply an impregnating or penetrating sealer before grouting, unless a grout release agent is utilized. Routine cleaning of everyday household spills can be effortlessly accomplished using a mop, warm water, and a pH neutral cleaning solution. It is advised to refrain from employing acid-based cleaners or abrasive chemicals.
